Purchases made on the Vision Gallery website are handled and protected by PayPal. None of your financial information is given to Vision Gallery
You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase using PayPal. You will be asked for details during the secure purchase process via PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account your purchase will be sent to your verified address. If you buy using the online facility and PayPal prices do NOT include postage/delivery, you will be asked for your delivery address and advised of the cost of despatch separately and this will be payable before the item can be despatched. We do not deliver to PO Boxes and purchasers from abroad must arrange their own delivery once purchase payment is cleared. Most purchases are despatched within 2 working days but you are asked to allow 3-5 working days since there is only one person not a team managing sales and despatch. If your order is urgent please telephone Liz's mobile 07970 772063

Description of goods
As far as possible we try to be accurate with the descriptions we place on the site. Please be advised that due to the way monitors are set the colours on your screen may vary from the item in reality.
We will show the size in width, depth and height where relevant and the medium used.
We will also indicate whether an item is supplied framed or not.
For the prints we will indicate whether or not the work is on archival paper using long life pigment inks on archive quality paper (known as "giclee" prints).
Despatch
We hope to ship all purchases immediately and at latest within 3 -5 working days when payment is completed or cheque has been cleared.
It may be the case that a work needs to be sourced from an artist, in which case we will advise you of any possible delay to delivery or additional costs.
We ship unmounted prints in tubes to protect them and keep costs down. You can request a print to be packed flat and you will be asked to pay any additional postage costs before the item is despatched.
The preferred delivery method is Special Delivery, which includes insurance via Royal Mail. All items are sent with a tracked delivery service. For next day delivery on larger items other services are sometimes used such as UPS. Postage costs vary depending on weight and volume and additional insurance charges may apply but we will obtain accurate shipping quotes before you decide how you would like an item sent to you.
We cannot ship to PO Box numbers.
Delivery to non-UK addresses must be organised by the purchaser on completion of payment in full to Vision Gallery
