You can currently view the impressive Winged Insect by Tadek Beutlich which is hanging at the Enterprise Centre in Eastbourne (next to the mainline station) upstairs in the public space on the top level. So LOOK UP if you visit and contact Liz Hankins if you are interested in owning this wonderful piece. Entry is free, there is free parking on Sundays and there is also a wide selection of independent shops and cafes to tempt you.
This piece is made of sisal and measures 3.5m across the wings. It would have been made at Beutlich's studio at Gospels in Ditchling, where he lived and worked from the former studio of Ethel Mairet from 1966-74.
